  • 1. Where are you located?

    e Fléur is a home-based luxury floral brand in Atlanta. Our exact pickup location is shared after your order is confirmed.

  • 2. Do you have a storefront I can visit?

    Not at this time. We are studio-based and design exclusively to order.

  • 3. How do I place an order?

    Orders can be placed directly through our website or by email. Once confirmed, you’ll receive pickup or delivery details.

  • 4. How far in advance should I place my order?

    We recommend placing orders at least 3–5 days in advance to ensure we can source the freshest and most unique blooms. Orders can be placed up to same day but certain flowers are subject to availability.

  • 5. Do you offer same-day delivery?

    Yes — we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM ET MON-FRI and before 12pm ET SAT. Please note that all same-day orders are subject to a rush fee, as each arrangement is curated fresh and designed with care.

  • 6. Do you deliver outside of Atlanta?

    At this time, deliveries are limited to the Atlanta area only.

  • 7. What happens if no one is home to receive my flowers?

    If delivery is attempted and entry is not possible, contact fails, or the order is returned by the recipient, no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling will be the responsibility of the payee.

  • 8. What types of arrangements do you offer?

    We specialize in luxury rose bouquets and exclusive mixed bloom arrangements using unique, exotic, and rare florals.

  • 9. Can I choose specific flowers for my bouquet?

    We cannot guarantee specific stems, as our blooms are seasonal and sourced for freshness and exclusivity.

  • 10. Do you create custom designs based on inspiration photos?

    Yes — we welcome inspiration photos. However, each arrangement is one of a kind and will reflect our creative interpretation rather than a replica.

  • 11. Why might my arrangement look different from the inspiration photo I provide?

    We work with seasonal and rare florals. This ensures your bouquet is always fresh, unique, and luxury-grade, but may vary from your photo.

  • 12. Do you offer glitter roses, dyed roses, or other customized flowers?

    No — we do not offer glitter, painted, money bouquets, baby’s breath letters, or artificially customized roses. We focus on natural beauty and rare luxury blooms.

    Some blooms may be requested by color but are still subject to availability and/or based on seasons.

  • 13. What sizes are available for rose bouquets?

    Bouquets are offered in three sizes:

    Small: 20-25 stems

    Medium: 50-60 stems

    Large: 100-110 stems

  • 14. How long will my flowers last once they arrive?

    When properly cared for, our arrangements can last 7-14 days. Some subscription blooms last up to 3–4 weeks with correct care.

  • 15. Do you provide care instructions with each bouquet?

    Yes, each order comes with tips to help your blooms stay fresher for longer.

  • 16. Do you offer floral subscriptions?

    Yes! We offer The Blooming Affair, our signature luxury floral subscription.

  • 17. How does the Blooming Affair subscription work?

    The Blooming Affair Subscription is perfect for anyone that love the beauty of fleurs and want to feel their presence in multiples spaces of their home, work, etc. Each Blooming Affair subscription is different. Subscribers can opt in for our Petite Affair to receive arrangement per month. Other subscribers will receive two curated bouquets per month (stem count varies by subscription) delivered on dates of your choosing. Blooms are exclusive, rare, and designed to refresh your home in luxury.

  • 18. Can I pause, skip, or cancel a subscription?

    Subscriptions may be managed by contacting us at monthly@efleurcompany.com. Policies may apply depending on timing.

  • 19. Is delivery included in the subscription price?

    Yes — free delivery is included for all Atlanta-area subscribers.
